Welcome to Shezalo.
Shezalo is a social platform connecting homeowners and home professionals, creating a new world of home design. These terms of use outline the agreement between you and Shezalo (Art leader international Trading Co.ltd) and govern your use of the products and services offered through our website and applications (collectively the "Site", "Shezalo" or "Shezalo Platform").
This agreement provides important information to you, including details about your obligations regarding your content, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration and to waive the right to participate in a class action.
By accessing Shezalo, you are agreeing to the following terms. Shezalo may provide a translation of the English version of the terms of use into other languages. Any translation of the terms of use into other languages is for your convenience only and the English version governs the terms of your relationship with Shezalo.
Additionally, if there are any inconsistencies between the English version of the terms and any translation, the English version of the terms shall prevail.
To access certain functionalities of the Shezalo platform, you will need to register with us. By registering with Shezalo, you agree to provide us with accurate information and update it as necessary for accuracy. We treat the personally identifiable information you provide as part of registration by our privacy policy.
You may register on Shezalo using a third-party service (e.g., Facebook), whereby you give us permission to access, store, and use your information from that service as permitted by that service and as may be described in our privacy policy. If you believe your account may have been compromised or misused, please contact Shezalo customer support immediately.
You can access our privacy policy at any time through the privacy policy link. By accessing the Shezalo platform, you agree to accept the privacy policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user.
If you are a professional services provider, you may set up a Professional Profile. By doing so, you give us the right to list your Professional Profile in our directory of service providers, and you will be able to connect with others on the Shezalo platform while identified by your professional profile. Your professional profile is subject to our professional profile policy.
Shezalo reserves the right at its discretion to permanently or temporarily suspend your use of the site or the service at any time for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. We may terminate your account at any time for any or no reason, including if you violate any Shezalo policy. Upon termination of your use of the service, certain provisions will survive termination.
As part of Shezalo’s terms of use policy, you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the Shezalo platform to take any action or actions that:
- Are contrary to Shezalo's public image, goodwill, or reputation.
- Promote any illegal activity or content, including without limitation child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, and underage drinking.
- Infringe on our or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
- Express or imply that any of your statements, activities, or causes are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent in each instance.
- Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
- Are libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, tortious, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.
- Transmit any trade secret or other material, non-public information about any person, company, or entity without the authorization to do so.
- Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Shezalo platform, including, without limitation, using "hacking" or defacing any portion of the Shezalo platform.
- Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Shezalo platform.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Shezalo platform.
- Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or convey any rights under the terms to any third party, or otherwise commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the Shezalo platform, or any portion thereof, in any manner whatsoever, except as expressly permitted herein.
- "Frame" or "Mirror" any part of the Shezalo platform without our prior written authorization.
The following actions are prohibited on the Shezalo platform:
1. Distributing any virus, worm, or other similar harmful files or programming routines, or deliberately causing an excessive load on the infrastructure of Nima.
2. Engaging in activities such as sending junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive or unsolicited bulk or commercial emails. It also includes using any automated tools to retrieve or manipulate the content of the Shezalo platform or attempting to disguise the origin of any submission.
3. Intercepting, decoding, or collecting any packets used to communicate between the Shezalo platform's servers or any data not intended for you, as well as collecting information about Shezalo platform visitors or members without their consent.
Your Content:
When you post material on the Shezalo platform, including photos, profile pictures, messages, and commentary, it will be considered as "Your Content". You acknowledge that Your Content may be viewed by the general public and will not be private or confidential.
License and Permission to Use Your Content:
By posting Your Content, you grant Shezalo and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, transmit, and distribute Your Content throughout the world in any format or media. This license is granted for the duration of any copyright or other rights in Your Content.
You also waive any moral rights you may have in Your Content and authorize Shezalo and its affiliates to reproduce, publish, and disseminate your name, voice, and likeness throughout the world without revocation, except as required by law.
Ownership:
You retain ownership of any copyrights in Your Content. Shezalo will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the attribution of your photos as submitted by you and will not license or sublicense individual photos or collections of photos to third parties, except for Shezalo Business Purposes.
"Shezalo Business Purposes" include using Your Content in connection with Shezalo-branded websites, applications, publications, or services, as well as for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes. This use specifically includes enabling Shezalo users to view and interact with Your Content on the Shezalo platform.
Your Responsibilities for Your Content.
When you post content on the Shezalo platform, you confirm that you have the necessary ownership rights or have obtained the required licenses or permissions from relevant parties to use your content in this way. This includes granting Shezalo the rights to use your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate Shezalo's terms of use, copyright and trademark policy, or any applicable law or regulation. You agree to pay any royalties, fees, or other amounts owed to any person because of your content.
We reserve the right to edit, shorten, or remove your content, in whole or in part, for any reason. We may also refuse to post or remove the content you submit without notice.
Shezalo provides a platform for users to buy and sell goods and does not participate in any transactions. We do not guarantee the acceptance of a transaction by the buyer or seller, nor the seller's return or refund of the price.
We are not responsible for the content, actions, reactions, goods, or information displayed by users, and we do not oversee or guarantee the quality, security, or legitimacy of any advertised merchandise.
Users are solely responsible for agreeing on terms, conditions, delivery, and payment among themselves, as Shezalo does not mediate or resolve disputes between users. We also do not guarantee the security of any links outside the site and accept no responsibility for the content or presence of such sites.
Your review is accurate, truthful, and complete;
1. Your review must adhere to our policies, and should not contain any libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, tortious, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene content. This will be determined by Shezalo at our sole discretion.
2. If you have received any form of compensation or incentive to write and submit a review, you must clearly and conspicuously state this in your review, even if the compensation is minimal.
3. You should not use the posting or removal of your review as a means to demand payment from any business or individual unless it involves a genuine refund request due to a negative customer experience.
Regarding the content and materials on the Shezalo platform:
All intellectual property associated with the Shezalo platform, such as our software, Shezalo trademarks, and Shezalo logo, is the property of Shezalo Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use and access our content and materials for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of use and any specified restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason. Other than the rights and licenses granted in these terms, we reserve all other rights and do not grant any other implied or otherwise rights or licenses.
No Endorsement or Verification.
Please be aware that the Shezalo platform grants access to third-party content, products, and services and facilitates interactions with third parties over which we have no control. We do not take responsibility for, endorse or verify the content, offerings, or conduct of third parties, including the products or services they offer or the descriptions of these products or services. Participation or availability on the Shezalo platform does not imply endorsement or verification by us. We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on the Shezalo platform by anyone.
Restrictions
Except as expressly provided in these terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or license our content and materials without our express written permission. You are not permitted to engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, or any other form of exploitation of our content and materials unless expressly authorized by Shezalo. Your use of the Shezalo platform does not include commercial exploitation of any information related to product descriptions or professional listings for the benefit of another merchant. Additionally, you are prohibited from using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Shezalo platform. You may view and print a reasonable number of copies of web pages located on the Shezalo platform for your personal use, provided that you retain all proprietary notices contained in the original materials, including attribution to Shezalo.
Ownership.
- The Shezalo platform and Shezalo marks are the property of Shezalo. The content, information, and services available on the Shezalo platform are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws. By using the Shezalo platform, you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable, and you do not acquire any ownership rights.
Mobile Devices Terms:
If you're accessing Shezalo from a mobile device using a Shezalo Mobile Application (the "Application"), the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") apply to you in addition to the applicable Mobile Privacy and Legal Notice or End User License Agreement, as the case may be. Your use of the Application confirms your agreement to these Terms of Use.
Reporting Violations of Your Intellectual Property Rights:
We have a copyright and trademark policy. For more information on how to submit a request for content takedown if you believe content on the Shezalo platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please read our copyright and trademark policy.
We are not obligated to delete content that you may find objectionable or offensive. However, we strive to respond promptly to requests for content removal, in line with our policies and applicable law.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Please carefully read this section since it limits the liability of Shezalo entities to you. The "Shezalo entities" refer to Shezalo Ltd., and any subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, suppliers, licensors, and partners, as well as the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them. Each provision below applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We are providing you with the site, services, and information.
